Off The Field
Football, Family, and Faith. Those are the "3F's" I live by. When I'm not coaching ball, I love spending time with my friends and family. I live in East Lansing with my girlfriend Kelsey. I was born in London, Ontario Canada. One of the coolest experiences of my life was earning my American Citizenship. I believe in hard work, and finding the joy through the struggle.

Football
Football has always been my passion. I was playing football when I still lived in Canada, and my passion for the game only intensified when I moved to the United States. It was the way I made friends, and it kept me out of trouble. Football taught me how to work hard, and how to buy into something bigger than myself. Football taught me how to be a big picture thinker. It was all these things that made me want to coach. I wanted to help provide these types of experiences to as many young people as I can, while trying to win a couple games on the way.

Family
I have been told since a young age that family is everything. My parents divorced when I was young, and that can be hard on a young child. I was fortunate that my parents divorce lead to two loving families when both of my parents remarried. As I got older, I understood that "Family" is not limited to just your blood. Some of my closest friends and teammates are family to me. There is a bond in coaching, or a brotherhood in coaching, that feels like a family. Finally, the program you work for feels like a family. You spend so much time with the players and coaches, you form a bond that lasts.
Faith
Before anything else I am a man of Christ. I have tried my best to build my core beliefs and values through Jesus. The lessons that I have learned through Him have molded my coaching philosophy. The ultimate leader and coach is Jesus Christ, so I am just learning through him.
